All of our visits are charged by the visit length selected.

Referral Credits. Refer us to your friends, relatives and neighbors! For each person who signs up and has completed at least 1 service you will earn a 30$ account credit!

All Invoices are due at the time of service.
Our Software will Auto- bill your card on file Daily for each days, Completed Visits unless prepayment is made.
Card Billing Failures WILL RESULT in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SERVICES UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Pet Sitting Visits Must be Cancelled with a minimum of 1 months notice to avoid an $11.00 Per visit Cancellation fee. Visits Cancelled with less than 1 months notice will be billed at full rate.
We Pay 100% of our cancellation fees directly to the sitters who would have been scheduled to cover your visits. This allows sitters peace of mind and the ability to continue providing services with our company. Regardless of the feast or famine nature of this business.
